Cookies Policy
This page explains what cookies are, which ones we use on vibrantforcedyn.world, why we use them, and how you can control them. It complements our privacy policy and should be read together with it.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit. Cookies are widely used to make websites work efficiently, to remember choices you have made, to keep you signed in to services, and to help site owners understand how visitors interact with their content. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels and software development kits used by mobile applications.
2. How we use cookies
We try to keep our use of cookies small and proportionate. We do not run profiling or cross-site advertising on this site. The cookies and local storage entries we currently use fall into three categories:
- Strictly necessary. These keep the website working and remember whether you have already acknowledged our cookie notice. They cannot be switched off without breaking core functions.
- Preference. These remember low-impact choices, such as whether you have dismissed an informational banner, so the site does not repeat itself on every visit.
- Analytics. If enabled, these help us understand which pages people use most and where our content can be improved. We use aggregated reports and do not attempt to identify individual visitors.
3. Third-party services
Some pages embed services from trusted providers. For example, our contact page embeds an interactive map from a major map provider so you can find our studio. These providers may set their own cookies when you interact with their content. We do not control those cookies, but we choose providers whose privacy practices align with the Australian Privacy Principles and ask you to consult their policies for details.
4. Managing your preferences
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time. The simplest way is to clear cookies for our domain in your browser settings; the consent prompt will reappear on your next visit. You can also configure your browser to block all cookies, block cookies from specific sites, or warn you each time a cookie is offered.
Most browsers describe how to manage cookies in their built-in help section. Please be aware that disabling strictly necessary cookies may stop some parts of the site from working as expected, including the contact form acknowledgement.
5. Do not track signals
Some browsers send a "do not track" signal to websites you visit. There is no industry-wide standard for how to respond. We treat a clear do-not-track signal as an indication that you prefer not to be analysed, and where this is technically practical we honour it.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page or in the cookie notice when you next visit.
7. Contact
If you would like more detail about a specific cookie or service, please reach the studio through the contact page and we will respond promptly.
